As we welcome you to our accommodation, we are committed to providing you with a healthy and safe environment that is in line with protocols for tourist accommodation.

How we are taking care of you

- Check in is after 15.00 and check out until 11 am, to ensure the houses are cleaned and prepared properly. We are happy to accommodate earlier check in when we can, but we will know it on the day of check in.

- All towels and pillowcases are washed on site.

- Our staff is vaccinated, trained and equipped with all the necessary disinfectants

- Cleaning during your stay will take place every 2 days. If you don't wish our staff entering your room, we provide you with clean linen and cleaning equipment

- We do not allow non-resident friends of guests to enter the accommodation. For commonly shared spaces there are restrictions on the number of non-residents and they must register their id/passports at reception.

- Every house has its own private entrance, front and back yard.

- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the houses.

Because a healthy and safe environment is a matter for all of us, we ask you to take care of us as well

- All residents must complete their registration by showing a valid id or passport.

- There are 2 general waste bins inside our premices and 2 recycling waste bins for cans, paper and glass. Please take care to not throw food inside the recycling bins

- Whenever leaving the room residents must close all water taps and close the doors. We are not liable for losses or damages of any items brought to the hotel by the guest.

- Please take care to not lose your keyes. As these are for safety doors, there is an extra cost for their replacement which must be paid by the guest

- We offer free bikes for your trips in Ierissos based on availability. Please always take an available lock with you to secure it during your trip.

- Quiet hours are between 23.00 and 7.00 am
